SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.
Server log files
The hosting provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- IP address
- Time of the server request
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website — server log files must be recorded for this purpose.
4. Data collection on this website
How do we collect your data?
Some of your data is collected because you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data you enter into our contact form.
Other data is collected automatically, or with your consent, by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. web browser, operating system or time the page was accessed). It is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data may, with your consent, be used to analyse your user behaviour or to display personalised advertising.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the form (name, email address, telephone number, company, message) will be stored by us in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The data is transmitted via the HubSpot Forms API to HubSpot, Inc. (provider: HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA; EU subsidiary: HubSpot Ireland Limited, Dublin) and processed there.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling customer enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
